CASH CARDS

Cash cards are an inherently popular use of the GiftTran™ system.  Since it’s quicker than a credit card transaction and there’s nothing to sign, convenience is a big attraction for customers.  Patrons can simply purchase via cash, check or credit card, any dollar amount the merchant will allow on the card.  Depending on the policies of the merchant, this customized stored-value card can then be used at all participating locations.  The use of these customized cash cards reduces money-handling issues at the point-of-sale, decreases employee theft, provides free advertising and captures greater mind share of your customers.  Because it only takes us approximately three (3) seconds to read and write a card, transaction time and lines are reduced and better customer service is provided.  Also, cash cards are great because they reduce the need to carry cash and parents can give them to their children instead of money.  An important added benefit to our system is that the GiftTran ™ can also add/subtract customer loyalty points to/from the card at the same time it is adding or subtracting money to and from the card.  A tremendous marketing tool!
